UN-HLD (United Nation’s High Level Dialogue) on Migration and Development has been kicked off today October 3, 2013 at 9 am. After opening session, four roundtable discussion is going on under different topics.
First RT 
was devoted to ‘Post-2015 millennium framework’, Second RT on ‘Respecting migrant human rights and protect & prevent from them from human trafficking’ ; Third RT on ‘Strengthening partnership and cooperation for effectively integrate migration in developmental work’ and Fourth RT on ‘International & regional labor mobility and its impact on development’.
I intervened in the first Roundtable discussion on behalf of ITUC/GEFONT this morning. My major point was ensuring human and trade union rights with the concept of decent work and protecting migrant family with social and cultural right and developing entrepreneurship to invest of earning for sustainable development.
