After long awaiting, the report of the Fundamental right and directive principle has been submitted to chairperson of CA on November 8, 2009.
The report has included concept paper, draft and explanatory notes on Fundamental rights, Citizenship, Fundamental Duties of citizen and State’s Directive Principle and Policy.
All together, it is 586 pages thick, having 54 articles covering four chapters.
